Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery times usually range from 7–20 business days, depending on your location and supplier.
Shipping delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or high demand periods.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be provided.
Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update in the system.
🔁 Order Changes & Cancellation
You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be changed.
📭 Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
